1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of JobLemon. When you create an account or purchase a subscription, you agree to the terms presented to you. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase the service.

JobLemon is operated by ƏLİYEV ALLAHVERDİ İLKİN OĞLU, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan, trading as JobLemon ("we," "us," or "our"). JobLemon is a brand, not a separate limited liability company.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Use JobLemon for your own genuine job search. Provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for keeping your CV, preferences, and application answers accurate and current.

3. The service

JobLemon helps you find remote jobs, submit applications through supported workflows, and track application activity. We are not an employer and do not make hiring decisions.

Starter and Pro support user-initiated applications. Power additionally supports background auto-apply when you enable it. At launch, JobLemon can tailor your resume and write a cover letter for each job using the information in your profile and uploaded resume. You are responsible for keeping that information accurate. Do not purchase a subscription in reliance on a future feature or release date.

Remote jobs can have requirements concerning skills, experience, work authorization, location, or working hours. A match does not establish that you meet every employer requirement. We do not guarantee a particular number of suitable vacancies, successful inbox delivery, interviews, job offers, employment, or earnings.

4. Permission to apply and user control

By initiating an application, you authorize JobLemon to use your saved information and selected materials to complete and submit that application. By enabling background auto-apply, you authorize the same activity for matching jobs within your selected preferences without initiating each submission individually.

You may change preferences or pause background auto-apply. Changes cannot recall applications already submitted or stop a submission already completed. Missing information or declarations requiring your input may pause an application. JobLemon must not invent qualifications or assume answers to sensitive personal questions.

Review your information and relevant records. Automation can produce errors or fail when websites change. Contact us if a submission appears incorrect.

The free trial includes 15 successful user-initiated applications in total, requires no payment card, and does not include background auto-apply. Trial applications do not renew monthly.

Paid allowances reset on your billing renewal date. Unused allowances do not roll over. Background and user-initiated applications share your plan's allowance. One successfully submitted application uses one allowance. Failed, skipped, and duplicate applications do not count; retrying the same submission must not charge twice. An application waiting for your input counts only after submission.

For email applications, an accepted send is not a guarantee of delivery. A confirmed hard bounce restores the application allowance. Submission records distinguish queued work from submitted applications.

Applicable daily and other usage limits are displayed in the product or plan description before purchase. These operate alongside the monthly allowance. Submissions pause when an allowance is exhausted. We do not automatically charge for overages.

6. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Before payment, checkout shows the amount payable, applicable taxes, any introductory discount, the standard renewal price, and the next renewal date. You authorize the recurring charges you accept at checkout.

You can cancel through account settings or by contacting founder@joblemon.co before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling renewal and deleting your account are separate actions.

Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Background auto-apply stops when a downgrade from Power takes effect. Upgrades take effect after the charge shown for the upgrade is accepted. The prorated price difference and new remaining allowance are shown before confirmation. Used applications remain counted, and upgrading does not reset the billing date or grant a second full allowance.

7. Refunds and consumer rights

Contact founder@joblemon.co to request a refund, report a billing error, or exercise a cancellation or withdrawal right. Include the email address associated with your account and the relevant payment details; do not send full payment-card information.

Cancellation of renewal does not by itself create a refund for a period already paid. However, applicable legal rights concerning withdrawal, incorrect charges, or a service not supplied remain available. Where Azerbaijani electronic-commerce withdrawal rules apply, they generally provide a seven-working-day withdrawal period, subject to legal conditions and exceptions. Other mandatory rights may apply where you live. We do not treat acceptance of these terms alone as a blanket waiver of those rights.

We will review requests under applicable law, explain the outcome, and issue refunds due within the required period. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections.

8. Referrals

Where the launch referral offer is available, a qualifying new customer using a valid referral code receives 20% off the first Pro or Power billing cycle. Rounded first-cycle charges are US$31.99 for Pro and US$79.99 for Power. Standard pricing applies on renewal.

The referrer earns a one-time commission of 30% of the first discounted subscription payment collected, excluding taxes and before payment-processing fees. Rounded commissions are US$9.60 for Pro and US$24.00 for Power. Later renewals and prorated upgrade charges do not generate commission. Starter purchases are excluded.

One introductory discount and one referrer are allowed per qualifying new customer. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent payments, misleading promotions, and combining referral discounts with other promotions are prohibited. Refunded or reversed payments do not qualify; related commissions may be adjusted or reversed as permitted by law.

Payout method, timing, verification requirements, and any minimum or hold period must be disclosed in the referral offer before you participate. Those disclosed conditions form part of the offer and cannot be changed retroactively for already-qualified referrals. Contact us for help with attribution or a commission payment.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use JobLemon to impersonate someone, submit fabricated experience or qualifications, infringe rights, send unrelated bulk marketing, upload harmful files, evade quotas with multiple accounts, bypass employer access restrictions, or interfere with the service or other users. Do not scrape or resell the service at scale without permission.

We may limit or pause activity to protect account security, employer recipients, service availability, or sending reputation. Employer restrictions and provider limits may delay or prevent a submission. We will not deliberately evade those restrictions.

10. Your materials and third parties

You retain ownership of your CV and other materials. You grant us permission to store, process, copy, and transmit them only as needed to provide the authorized service and meet applicable legal obligations.

JobLemon branding, software, and other service materials belong to their respective owners. You receive permission to use the service under these terms, not ownership of it.

Employers, job boards, application platforms, and connected services operate independently. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. Deleting your JobLemon account does not remove applications already held by employers.

11. Service issues and account suspension

We aim to operate the service reliably, but maintenance, technical errors, third-party changes, or restrictions may interrupt it. Contact support if you cannot use a paid feature. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by law; this section does not remove responsibility we cannot legally exclude.

We may suspend affected activity for suspected fraud, abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or serious violations of these terms. Where lawful and reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Suspension does not remove your mandatory rights or automatically forfeit payments or commissions lawfully owed.

12. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms or the service. We will identify the updated date and give appropriate notice of material changes. Price or allowance reductions will not apply retrospectively to a paid period already purchased. Future subscription changes will be communicated before they take effect so you can cancel renewal.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you. Contact founder@joblemon.co to try to resolve a concern. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law; these terms do not remove mandatory rights to use courts or authorities where you live.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
