AI disclosure

JobLemon uses AI and automation to help you find remote jobs and apply to them. This page explains what the AI does, what it doesn’t do, and how you stay in control.

What the AI does

• Reads job posts to identify the role, requirements, hiring region, timezone rules, contract type and pay currency.
• Matches jobs to your profile based on your skills, experience, preferences and where you live.
• Fills in application forms using the information in your profile and resume.
• Answers standard screening questions using answers you have saved.

What it doesn’t do

• It doesn’t invent experience, qualifications, dates or answers. If a required answer is missing, it asks you.
• It doesn’t apply in the background unless you are on Power and have switched background auto-apply on.
• It doesn’t guarantee that a job is open to you. Location tags come from what the employer publishes; when a post is unclear, we say so.
• It doesn’t make hiring decisions. Employers do.

Mistakes happen

AI can misread a job post or a form. You can review every application in your tracker, correct your profile at any time, and report a job that was labelled incorrectly by emailing founder@joblemon.co.
