How auto-apply works
- You set up a profile. Resume, work history, preferences and the answers employers commonly ask for.

- Relevance. Volume is useless if the jobs aren’t open to you. For remote job seekers outside the US, location is the most common mismatch. When we checked 1,300 remote listings at 18 remote-first companies, 58% were limited to one country and only 9.9% were open to anyone. - Honest counting. You should only pay for applications that actually went through.
